Tender improving infrastructure haulage mineral extraction Guinea

Project Management

For this project, Quadraat Global was asked to provide advise on documents for an EPC (Engineering, Procurement and Construction) Tender.
EPC is a specific form of contracting arrangement used in some industries and involves an EPC contractor who is responsible for all design, procurement, construction, commissioning, and handover activities.
Axis Mineral Resources sought a contractor for the construction of a jetty, berthing facilities, and roads work at several locations between the mines and the Port of Conakry in Guinea, West Africa.
The entire project was executed through a single EPC contract.
