This project involved designing and calculating the investment value of a jetty in Tema, Ghana. The jetty links the cement factory near Tema Port and a berthing facility in the Gulf of Guinea. The berthing facility is used by sea-going vessels with a capacity of roughly 50,000 tonnes, which means the water depth had to be at least ten metres. As a result, the jetty had to be at least 800 metres long. The jetty functions as a support system for the pipes used to transport cement. Mr. Chris Baggerman was involved as a project manager on behalf of Quadraat Global.
