We strongly believe in economic empowerment of developing countries. This creates a multiple win; economies in developing countries will be sustained by growing small and medium sized enterprises (SME sector). This will create opportunities for individuals, families and communities plus a financial return for the investor. Therefor Quadraat Global loves to
initiate business activities in developing countries.
We do this on behalf of private investors or investment funds and we initiate new businesses in partnership with others.Â
We can support you from ideation, business plan development to implementation and management.
Quadraat Global manages businesses in developing countries on behalf of investment funds and/or investors. We do this by frequent and structured communication with the local management. This includes regular visits to the company. The support of the local team where necessary and possible. And we ensure a structured reporting and feedback loop to our client.Â
At the same time we can also involve in the operational management. By sending one of our team members to the respective country for short or long term, whatever is necessary to reach the targets.
We support investors, investment funds and local companies with our expertise on different levels. We perform due diligences on companies in various sectors, support businesses on sales processes, HR issues and financial management. We also guide business restructuring processes and we get on board when (internal) crisis seems to get out of hand.

Our team has extensive international experience and even lived in several African countries for years. Hence, we know what is to work in a totally different country with respect for the local culture. We continue to build on this collective experience while based in The Netherlands.

Our holding company Quadraat was established in 2004 and provides project management services in the infra and construction sector in The Netherlands. In 2015 our expertise was requested in international projects which marked the birth of Quadraat Global. Throughout time we gradually shifted our focus towards business development which became our core business.
